abstract

The report presented at the conference “The evidence in civil and family law. The new frontiers of the family conflict” organized by the National Observatory on Family Law on 24 April 2015 in Treviso, offered an introduction and a dogmatic framework to the topic of the evidence (typical, atypical and illegal evidence) and also to the evince production of image posted on social networks by the parents and the married people.
